Our association’s mission is to strengthen health knowledge and awareness of breast health among the population through innovative preventive approaches. We are committed to holistic health education by leveraging international partnerships to disseminate knowledge of medical thermography and ultrasound techniques.
Our vision is to promote reliable and low-risk examination methods and significantly improve the early detection of health problems. Through our initiatives, we aim to empower people worldwide to take responsibility for their health and develop a health-conscious lifestyle.

Francine A. E. van Broekhoven President
Level 3 Certified clinical thermographer and analyst and Preventative health advocate
Francine van Broekhoven is a highly accomplished Level 3 Certified Clinical Thermography Analyst and practitioner who brings a wealth of clinical experience to the training programs. Clinical Transition: Francine successfully transitioned to medical thermography in 2013 after running a thriving acupuncture practice, giving her a strong foundation in holistic and preventative patient care.
Specialized Knowledge: She has completed extensive further training in breast pathology and women’s health, which, combined with her experience training numerous new thermographers, has resulted in deep knowledge of breast health, various examination methods, and pathological processes.
Mission: This expertise gives Francine the firm conviction that deaths from breast cancer can be drastically reduced by applying the correct, comprehensive research methods.
Francine is the founder of The Green Nurse and is an active speaker and author on the subject of medical thermography. She is a passionate advocate for preventive health for both men and women, focusing on empowering individuals through advanced screening and knowledge.

Frauke Boer Pasma Vice President
Frauke has been working with thermography since 2015. She also provides many breast tissue treatments and manual lymphatic drainage at her own practice, Leeef! Center for Breast Health. In this way, she has helped many women reduce breast complaints. She was trained in ultrasound by the Dutch Breast Clinic Foundation in Amstelveen. She currently no longer performs manual ultrasound. Frauke and her company, Leeef! Center for Breast Health, have been nominated for the Enterprise of the Year 2025 award in the Benelux. “Leeef! has been nominated for an award because of its innovative approach to breast health and holistic support, which has a significant impact on women’s lives.” Frauke has experience serving on various boards.
